CANT GET TO THE PRACTICE IN THE WEEK?

GATLEY MEDICAL PRACTICE/MASTERCALL HEALTHCARE/ VIADUCT HEALTH WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS.

Gatley Medical Practice is working with  Mastercall/Viaduct to be able to offer weekend appointments at the mastercall offices in Hazel Grove (close to Stepping Hill Hospital).  Feedback from our patients who have already used this service is very positive, if you would like more information please click on the weekend appointments link below.

Please note patients are not able to book these appointments directly, please contact the practice as normal on 0161 426 5100, if the practice cannot offer you an appointment in the normal working week, we will with your consent refer your details to the mastercall team who will contact you to try and offer you a suitable alternative. 

PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A SPECIFIC CRITERIA AS TO WHICH AILMENTS CAN BE REVIEWED THROUGH THIS SERVICE NOT ALL AILMENTS/PATIENTS WILL MEET THIS CRITERIA.

"Out of Hours GP care for our patients is provided by NHS 111, to obtain help outside the normal surgery opening hours, please call 111.

The following services ARE NOT provided by NHS 111

  • Any medication for the treatment of drug addiction
  • Repeat Prescriptions
  • 2nd Opinions
  • Sick notes and medicals
  • Contraceptive services other than the morning after pill (at the doctor’s discretion)

ACCIDENT & EMERGENCY A&E is a 24-hour accident & emergency only service.

Pharmacies can often assist with most minor ailments
